## **Monitoring & Evaluation Officer cum Accountant**

**Targeted Intervention (TI) Project**

**Organization:** Matrix Society for Social Services (MASS)

**Location:** Mangolpuri & Paharganj, Delhi

**Salary:** 16,000/- per month + 600/- Travel Allowance (TA) *(as per project norms)*

**Job Responsibilities**

**Monitoring & Evaluation**

* Monitor project implementation and ensure compliance with NACO/DSACS guidelines.
* Collect, verify, analyze, and maintain project data.
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
* Maintain documentation, records, and project files.
* Coordinate with Project Managers, Counsellors, Outreach Workers, and Peer Educators.
* Conduct field monitoring visits and support quality improvement initiatives.

**Accounts & Finance**

* Maintain project accounts, vouchers, cash book, and ledger.
* Prepare bills, reimbursement claims, and financial statements.
* Ensure proper documentation of project expenditures.
* Assist in budget tracking, fund utilization, and audit compliance.
* Maintain financial records in accordance with project and organizational policies.

**Eligibility Criteria**

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Social Work, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, MIS, and Accounts.
* Experience in Targeted Intervention (TI), HIV/AIDS, or NGO projects will be preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting documentation.
* Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
