Field Coordinator
Ensuring that a legible Attendee Documentation Sheet (ADS) is attached for each corresponding Concur Lunch & Learn entry and that the data on the ADS matches the Concur entry
Effectively communicating (timely/concisely) with field managers and sales specialists, when appropriate, to ensure compliance in regards to T&E
Meeting planning (local / regional)
Calendar support (field ride requests, team meetings)
Assisting in coordination of conventions/congresses staffing
Preparing and updating routine documents and creating general correspondence
