3.2.1 Education Foundation (www.321-foundation.org) is looking for a proactive, initiative-taking Admin & Logistics Associate/Manager who gets things done, on time & well. They will be responsible for all the operations-related aspects of the organization, including material management, vendor management, logistical arrangements, administrative tasks, etc.

What you will do:
- You’ll own & manage end-to-end book printing, packaging & delivery across India
- You’ll manage material requirements for our external stakeholders & internal team members that come up on an ongoing basis
- You’ll be responsible for inventory management and vendor management (including negotiating with them & maintaining good relationships)
- You’ll manage all logistical requirements, such as arranging team members’ travel, accommodation, and venue logistics for organizational events
- You’ll be in charge of our warehouses management & office upkeep and maintenance
- You’ll execute various administrative tasks across different functions & verticals

What you need to have:
- 2-4 years for Associate/4-8 years for Manager - of work experience with strong results in the above mentioned areas & Graduation in any discipline (minimum qualification HSC pass)
- Be proficient in English & Hindi written and oral skills; have basic computer knowledge to work on Google docs & drive, Excel sheets and other data tools we use at 3.2.1
- Be able to handle many tasks in the day, coordinate and communicate well with different team members; problem-solving & collaboration skills
- Have strong organizational skills & get things done well and quickly
- Maintain a high degree of attention to detail, be resourceful & a quick learner
- Take the initiative to see where you can add value and be willing to contribute
- Ability to manage uncertainty and adapt to changes, while still performing at high levels of excellence
