Society for Health Care invites applications from committed and motivated professionals to join Ek Pahal, a project aimed at improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes through health system strengthening, community engagement, capacity building, and effective coordination with government health systems.
Positions Available

1. Project Coordinator (01 Position) at Bahraich
Monthly Salary: 35,000/-
Travel Reimbursement: Up to 5,000/- per month (as per project norms)

2. Block Coordinators (03 Position) at Mahsi, Chitaura, Tejwapur Block
Monthly Salary: 22,000/-
Travel Reimbursement: Up to 3,000/- per month (as per project norms)

Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate and support the implementation of maternal and neonatal health interventions at the district and block levels.
•Work closely with district and block health officials, frontline health workers, and other stakeholders.
•Facilitate trainings, review meetings, field monitoring, and supportive supervision.
•Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and monitoring of project activities.
•Support data collection, analysis, and utilization of evidence for programme improvement.
•Strengthen community engagement and linkages with the public health system.

Eligibility
•Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Rural Development, Health Management, or a related discipline. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience may also be considered.
•Experience in public health, RMNCH, maternal and child health, community health, or development sector programmes.
•Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office.
•Willingness to travel extensively within Bahraich district.

Preferred
•Experience of working with Government Health Systems and NHM programmes.
•Knowledge of maternal and newborn health interventions.
•Familiarity with the local context and Hindi language.
