Introduction
FXB India Suraksha is implementing dialysis support programmes across multiple locations in India and invites sealed quotations/proposals from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers for the supply and delivery of haemodialysis consumables to its dialysis centres located in:
- Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)
- Delhi NCR
- Rohtak (Haryana)
- Saharsa (Bihar)
- Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh)
The procurement will be conducted through a competitive bidding process to ensure transparency, quality, and value for money.
Proposal Submission Requirements
Bidders shall submit:
A. Technical Proposal
The technical proposal should include:
- Company Profile.
- GST Registration.
- PAN Card.
- Drug License/Manufacturing License.
- Authorization Certificate.
- Product Brochures.
- Quality Certifications.
- List of similar clients served.
- Delivery schedule and logistics plan.
- Signed Declaration of Compliance.
