One Male ORW will be deputed exclusively for line listing of vulnerable population those who are not part of HRGs. On the Scope of work, He will responsibilities and activities under the HIV prevention and care program, specifically targeting bridge and vulnerable populations (such as migrants, labourers, transport workers, etc.) be prepared line list of the all-existing vulnerable population from the TI districts and orient them on HIV /AIDS subject. Simultaneously on the basis of risk assessment HIV screening will be ensure. Support the district in achieving the 1st 95 target. The main role of this position is to achieve the 1st 95 in the District. 1. Objectives
• To identify and line-list vulnerable populations who are not part of HRGs.
• To raise awareness on HIV/AIDS among these populations.
• To facilitate HIV risk assessment and screening.
• To support the district in achieving the first 95 target (95% of PLHIV knowing their status).

2. Key Responsibilities and Activities
A. Mapping and Line Listing (Geographic Coverage)
• The ORW is responsible for district-wide coverage, including:
oUrban areas
oSemi-urban areas
oSlum areas
• Identify hotspots and congregation points of vulnerable populations such as:
oMigrant labour hubs
oBus terminals, railway stations
oIndustrial zones
oMarkets, truck stops, etc.
oContractors
oAuto & Rickshaw Pullers
•Prepare and Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection protocols.
• ORW has to maintain his Daily Dairy in proper manner as regular basis.

B. Awareness and Education
•Conduct one-on-one and one to group sessions to provide accurate information on:
oHIV transmission, prevention, and care
oCondom use and STI prevention
oHIV testing and treatment availability
•Distribute IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials tailored to the target group.
C. HIV Risk Assessment and Screening
•Conduct preliminary risk assessments using standard tools/checklists.
•Facilitate or refer individuals for HIV screening based on risk profiling.
