Position: Production Support cum Marketing Manager

Shikhar Yuva Manch invites applications to support SHG strengthening, enterprise operations, production management, and product marketing.

Vacancy: 01
Location: Bagbahara, Mahasamund District, Chhattisgarh
Monthly Honorarium: ?20,000
Engagement Type: Outsourced – Honorarium-Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen Self-Help Groups (SHGs) by supporting regular meetings, savings, and record-keeping.
• Facilitate the formation and functioning of Producer Groups (PGs).
• Manage SHG-based enterprises and coordinate production planning and operations.
• Improve product quality, packaging, branding, and labeling.
• Develop market linkages and promote sales through retail outlets, exhibitions, and other channels.
• Support groups in costing, pricing, inventory management, and sales record-keeping.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and develop plans for enterprise sustainability and expansion.
