Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, monitor, and document training and capacity-building activities under the different programme cells of NHM Jharkhand. The role will involve coordination with programme divisions, district teams, trainers, and resource persons, ensuring timely implementation of training plans and effective delivery of physical, virtual, and hybrid training programmes.
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Health Management, Social Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in training coordination, capacity building, programme management, or public health programmes.
• Strong communication, coordination, planning, documentation, and computer/IT skills.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing training-related activities.
• Experience working with NHM, government health programmes, or public health projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans in consultation with relevant programme divisions.
• Develop, update, and disseminate the state-level training calendar.
• Coordinate with district teams for participant nominations, venues, schedules, and logistics.
• Manage the smooth conduct of physical, virtual, and hybrid training programmes.
• Coordinate with trainers, resource persons, subject experts, and training institutions.
• Ensure training activities are conducted as per approved plans, guidelines, and timelines.
• Monitor training progress and identify delays, gaps, and implementation challenges.
• Compile and maintain training-related data, including attendance, completion status, outputs, and key indicators.
• Ensure proper documentation of training proceedings, feedback, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate regularly with NHM, district teams, trainers, and project staff.
• Provide training-related support for capacity building of ANMs, CHOs, and other programme stakeholders.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in training coordination, capacity building, programme management, or public health programmes.
Salary: Negotiable as per experience and qualification.
