(A) Project Coordinator - Lac Cultivation Program (01 Position)
Location: Kanker District, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Rs. 40,000 per month
Qualification
* A degree in M.Sc. (Agriculture) / Social Work / Management is required.
* Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator.
* Knowledge of lac cultivation will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead program implementation in 23 villages of Kanker and Antagarh blocks.
* Plan, monitor, and supervise field activities related to lac cultivation and Semialata plantation strengthening the Lac Cultivation through better PoP
* Identify lac farmers, procure broodlac, and promote better package of practices.
* Strengthen local institutions like Lac Producer Groups and Farmer Producer Companies, and support market linkages.
* Organize training programs for farmers and field staff.
* Guide and support field coordinators, facilitators, and CRPs.
* Conduct review meetings and track performance.
* Build coordination with government departments (Agriculture, Horticulture, Forest, Rural Development, etc.).
* Facilitate convergence with schemes under MGNREGA, NRLM, and other livelihood missions.
* Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting.
* Prepare monthly progress reports, case studies, and success stories.

(B) Watershed Expert - Livelihood Strengthening (01 Position)
Location: Pondi Uproda Block, Korba District, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month
Qualification
* Should be B- tech in Agriculture Engineering/BE
* Should have atleast 2-3 years experience working in soil and water conservation (watershed)

Key Responsibilities:
* Mobilize and engage communities in 10 villages for watershed and livelihood activities.
* Provide training and capacity-building support to households for sustainable livelihoods.
* Facilitate farm-based activities after soil and water conservation treatments.
* Provide technical assistance for soil and water conservation works across 50 villages.
* Conduct training sessions, workshops, and exposure visits.
* Coordinate with Panchayats and provide technical support at village and block levels.
* Liaisons with block and district offices for program implementation.
* Ensure convergence and leverage of government schemes and resources.

Skills Required (for both positions):
* Strong leadership and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, data management, and reporting.
* Good communication and networking abilities with government and community stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel extensively within field areas.
