About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead fundraising efforts through CSR, institutional grants, and government RFPs. This is a high-energy sales role that requires strategic outreach, strong relationship-building, and a deep commitment to uplifting students from low-income communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Business Development:
Independently raise ?2 Cr+ annually through CSR partnerships, grants, and government RFPs.
Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with corporates, foundations, and government bodies.
Develop compelling proposals, impact reports, and presentations to drive funding decisions.
Track and respond to government tenders (RFPs, EOIs, etc.) and institutional funding opportunities.
Outreach & Partner Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in CSR, foundations, and government.
Proactively call, email, and meet potential funders to generate new leads and close deals.
Ensure timely reporting and donor engagement to strengthen partnerships.
Organize donor meets, conferences, and events to highlight iDreamCareer’s impact.
Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience in independently raising ?2 Cr+ in CSR, grants, or government RFPs
Location: Delhi (with extensive PAN-India travel)
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or partnerships with a track record of raising ?2 Cr+ independently.
- A go-getter who thrives on outreach, networking, and high-energy sales efforts.
- Willing to travel extensively across India to engage with partners.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about education and social impact, with a strong drive to create change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
- Experience in fundraising, sales, consulting, or social impact roles.
- Fellowship experience in the education/development sector (preferred).
