2. Role Summary
The CBE Associate supports the field implementation of Ennoble's Competency-Based Education programmes across assigned schools. The role combines school engagement, teacher support, programme coordination, learning-data tracking and documentation to ensure timely delivery and measurable student outcomes.

3. Key Responsibilities
* Visit assigned schools regularly and build strong relationships with Headmasters, teachers and school coordinators.
* Support timely implementation of CBE activities, school plans, classroom interventions and programme schedules.
* Conduct or support teacher orientations, workshops and training on competency-based and activity-based learning.
* Observe classroom practices, provide constructive feedback and support improved lesson planning and delivery.
* Support assessments, track student progress against defined competencies and identify learning gaps.
* Maintain school-wise trackers, visit reports, training records, assessment data and implementation evidence.
* Document success stories, challenges and field learnings, and share regular updates with the CBE Lead / Program Manager.
* Coordinate with school leaders, government officials and internal teams, and travel extensively across assigned
project locations.

4. Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies or a related field.
* 0-3 years of experience in education, NGO, CSR, community development or field programme implementation;
