Position: District Resource Person (DRP)
No. of Vacancies: 01
Monthly Honorarium: 21,000
Travel Allowance (TA): 3,000 per month
Total Monthly Remuneration: 24,000

About the Position
Abhivyakti Foundation invites applications from eligible and motivated candidates for the position of District Resource Person (DRP) under the Link Worker Scheme (LWS) in Tarn Taran, Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor Link Worker Scheme activities across the project area.
• Supervise and support Cluster Link Workers (CLWs) in field activities.
• Ensure timely reporting, data collection, documentation, and maintenance of project records.
• Coordinate with ICTCs, DAPCU, health departments, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor HIV/AIDS awareness, prevention, referral, and community outreach activities.
• Conduct field visits and ensure achievement of project targets as per programme guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience in public health, HIV/AIDS programmes, community mobilization, or social development will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of the local area and Punjabi language will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the project area.
