The Project Coordinator will lead the ground-level implementation and monitoring of community development activities, especially for the Tea Tribe and Adivasi communities. It will manage the ‘HaqDisha’ project that is providing identity documents, government schemes linkages support to the Tea Tribe and Adivasi communities. It will manage pilot livelihood project for the community involving SHG women. The coordinator will manage garden level community volunteers (HaqDisha Fellows), and manage the operations of garden level digital service centers, and maintain relationships with local government authorities and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day functioning of HaqDisha project activities.
Supervise, mentor, and track the performance of community- HaqDisha Fellows and their works on identity documents and government schemes linkages.
Coordinate community entitlement camps and doorstep service models (e.g., Aadhaar correction, Ayushman Bharat, and MNREGA job cards).
Engage project and local stakeholders, including Gram Panchayats, village leadership, block and district officials, and community groups.
Track field activities, collect field data, and compile monthly progress and final project reports.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience managing rural development, community mobilization, or e-governance/Common Service Centre (CSC) projects.
Skills: Strong leadership abilities, basic data management skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets), and fluency in local languages (Assamese/regional dialects).

Remuneration
The financial remuneration would be between INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month (exclusive of TA).
