Job Summary
SUPPORT is looking for a qualified and dedicated Nurse for the SBI Gram Seva Project at Gidhour Block Chatra, Jharkhand. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services, conducting health check-ups, promoting health awareness, and supporting community health initiatives in the project area.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:-
* She will be reporting to & work under the guidance of the Medical Officer
* Responsible for day to day running of the clinic activities.
* She will actively participate in BCC/ IEC Activities in the clinic as well as in the field.
* She is in charge for the Infection Prevention & Implementation of Bio Safety Measures.

Duties: -
* Registration and history taking of the clients
* To provide clinical services through organizing health camp.
* To improve access to youth friendly services and provide Counselling on Health.
* To supervise the functioning of Clinic and other health functionaries to ensure quality of services.
* To maintain logistics of drugs, clinical instruments/equipment's etc. and ensure adequate supply.
* To supervise support staff & ensure cleanliness & infection prevention measures are carried out.
* To assist the Doctor during health camp.
* To Prepare the monthly reports.
* Maintenance of all clinic records like:
1. Patient registration
2. Camp records
3. Stock register- drugs, instruments/equipment, linen & other supplies
4. Complications & Referral register
5. Case papers, follow up cards etc.
* Any other duty/ task assigned by the Doctor and Project Coordinator.

Educational Qualification

- GNM/ANM,
- Candidates must possess all applicable documents required for lawful medical practice in India.

Experience: minimum 1 year, with experience in OT management.
Salary: - GNM - (20000 - 25,000)/- pm
- Experience in community healthcare, rural healthcare, medical camps, or public health programs will be preferred.
