ROSHNI-Centre of Women Collectives Led Social Action, Lady Irwin College, New Delhi (http://www.roshni-cwcsa.co.in/) has been set up to technically support the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM), Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, on layering FNHW interventions. The Centre is technically and financially supported by UNICEF India. The Centre supports scale-up based on lessons from the available models on women collectives, undertaking research, and policy advocacy for evidence-based implementation strategies. The Centre also aims to document best practices for scalability, stories of transformative change, and to undertake evidence-based policy advocacy on high-impact implementation strategies.
ROSHNI-CWCSA is looking for a talented and driven professional to support state-level capacity-building efforts and strengthen communication and documentation systems within the NMMU.

Post Consultant - Monitoring Evaluation & Learning
Location New Delhi
Positions 1 (Full-time)
Reporting Day-to-day basis – National Mission Manager, National Mission Management Unit, DAY-NRLM, and Centre Lead, ROSHNI-CWCSA
Roles & Responsibilities ? Anchor, Monitor and support MIS systems, analytic, and review specifically to generate insights on programme implementation
? Review, Monitor and Document FNHW mainstreaming activities and interventions of states as committed under Annual Action Plan.
? Prepare Monthly progress reports and provide technical assistance to states for strengthening monitoring framework and roll-out of interventions as per state operational strategies.
? Support development and field testing of Food, Nutrition, Health, and WASH (FNHW) interventions, modules, and job-aids
? Document case studies, and support evaluations
? Any other tasks assigned by the DAY-NRLM and ROSHNI Centre.

Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Policy or another relevant discipline.
? At least 6-7 years of progressively responsible experience in M&E, programme monitoring or results-based management of health, development or government programmes.
? Strong quantitative skills and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup, dashboards).
? Hands-on experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau)
? Experience in understanding of Evaluations and Design is preferable.
? Experience of working in multi-stakeholder collaborations preferably including DAY-NRLM/ SRLM or community-based organizations
? Excellent English drafting and reporting skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet firm reporting deadlines. Hindi (spoken) is desirable.
? Willingness to travel often within India, including to rural and remote locations.

Location This position is based in New Delhi at the DAY-NRLM and ROSHNI office, as required.
