About the Organization

Shikhar Yuva Manch (SYM) is a grassroots non-profit organization working since 1997 in the areas of child development, education, health, sustainable livelihoods, and community empowerment across Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update project MIS, databases, and beneficiary records.
- Compile monthly and quarterly progress reports.
- Monitor crèche-wise attendance, child enrolment, nutrition, and growth-monitoring data.
- Ensure accurate data collection, verification, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with Cluster Coordinators, crèche caregivers, and project staff.
- Maintain project documentation, digital records, and reporting dashboards.
- Support field monitoring, data analysis, and donor reporting.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Applications, IT, Statistics, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MIS, data management, or project reporting preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
- Experience in NGO/development projects, particularly child development programmes, will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Willingness to travel to rural project locations.
