mission through effective communication and outreach.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tele-Caller (Intern) who can
effectively communicate with stakeholders in South Indian languages and support data
tracking and reporting requirements. The role involves telephonic outreach, data entry,
and basic MIS/dashboard support.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound and inbound calls to beneficiaries/customers/stakeholders, also do scrutiny
• Communicate clearly and confidently in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu
• Capture accurate call information, feedback, and responses
• Maintain and update databases, trackers, and call logs
• Support MIS reporting and basic dashboard updates (as required)
• Coordinate with internal teams for insights and follow-ups
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiencyin Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu (spoken; reading/writing is a plus)
• Basic to good working knowledge of computer systems
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Comfort with Excel-based MIS, trackers, and dashboards (basic formulas preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
