Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and implement educational project activities at the district level.

Coordinate with district education officials, schools, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Conduct regular school visits and monitor project activities.

Organize training programmes, workshops, student activities, and exposure visits.

Ensure timely completion of activities as per project targets.

Maintain project records, attendance, photographs, and supporting documents.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Manage field-level operations, logistics, and coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in educational projects, NGO/CSR programmes, or field coordination.

Experience working with government schools or education departments preferred.

Required Skills

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and report preparation.

Good command of Hindi and basic English.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
