About Nari Gunjan
Nari Gunjan is a grassroots non-governmental organization working for the health, education, and empowerment of marginalized communities across Bihar. Through its Community Health Consultation Clinic (CHC) in Saran District, Nari Gunjan provides accessible and affordable primary healthcare services, focusing on women, children, elderly persons, and underserved rural populations.

Job Purpose
The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Community Health Consultation Clinic, ensuring smooth service delivery, patient registration, record management, referral tracking, community coordination, and reporting. The position will serve as the key link between the consulting doctor, patients, community members, and public health systems.

Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
• Manage daily clinic activities and patient flow.
• Ensure preparedness of the clinic during operational days.
• Maintain service quality and client-friendly operations.
Patient Registration & Documentation
• Maintain patient registration records and service registers.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of consultations, medicines, and referrals.
• Maintain physical and digital records.
Coordination & Referrals
• Coordinate between the consultant doctor, patients, and community members.
• Facilitate referrals to government and private health facilities.
• Conduct follow-up tracking of referred cases.

Government Health Linkages
• Support eligible beneficiaries in accessing government health schemes.
• Coordinate with ASHAs, ANMs, Anganwadi workers, and local health institutions.
• Assist with immunization and maternal-child health service linkages.

Reporting & Data Management
• Prepare monthly reports and project documentation.
• Maintain clinic performance and service utilization records.
• Support donor visits, monitoring, and audits.

Community Outreach
• Work closely with the Community Mobilizer to increase awareness and utilization of clinic services.
• Support health camps, awareness sessions, and outreach activities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Rural Development, Health Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, community health, NGO, or development sector programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of local dialects will be an advantage.

Preference
