Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Implementation

1. Skilling Initiatives:
a. Design and implement programs for women and youth to enhance employability or entrepreneurship based livelihood
b. Handholding for branding, marketing, quality control, pricing, raw material access and inventory management
c. Partner with SHGs, NGOs, training organisations and government agencies for implementation and government convergence
d. Monitoring of other partnered programs

2. Climate Resilience Initiatives:
a. Develop programs for plantation and water conservation
b. Govt. schemes convergence & laisoning with Govt. departments
c. Data collection and tracking, and timely activities to align with weather conditions
d. Vendor and stakeholder interaction
e. Partner with NGOs, training organisations and government agencies for implementation and government convergence
f. Monitoring of other partnered programs

3. Monitoring and Evaluation:
a. Develop metrics and tools to measure program impact on beneficiaries
b. Analyze data to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement
c. Prepare detailed reports and case studies showcasing program outcomes

4. Budget Management:
a. Plan, propose, and monitor the budget for skilling, climate resilience and integrated village development programs
b. Good communication skills to drive communication campaigns to promote CSR initiatives internally and externally along with internal team

5. Compliance and Reporting

6. Ensure all CSR activities comply with local laws and regulations

7. Document and report CSR activities to stakeholders, aligning with sustainability standards like National priorities or SDGs.
8. Skills and Qualifications:
a. Educational Background: Master Degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related fields
b. Experience: 5–7 years of experience in CSR, community development, or program management, especially in skilling/livelihood and climate resilience sectors
c. Skills:
a. Strong project management and organizational skills
b. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
c. Data analysis and impact assessment expertise
d. Excellent communication and presentation skills
