CONTENT OF TERMS OF REFERENCE
1. Background
Rajya Niti Aayog (RNA), Government of Chhattisgarh, and UN ORGANISATION collaborate under the Rolling Work Plan 2025–27 on evidence-informed planning and financing for children (Department of Finance and Department of Planning), social protection and child-friendly local governance. The Viksit Chhattisgarh Strategic Policy Support Platform (VC-SPSP), anchored within RNA, supports the Viksit Chhattisgarh (Anjor) Vision 2047 and its progress measurement framework (VC-PMF). This position provides child wellbeing data, public finance and local governance analytical support under the platform.
