Project Background:
Transport Aarogyam Kendra (TAK) is a physiotherapy clinic designed specifically for the truck driver community. Truck drivers play a vital role in India's economy, yet many live with untreated pain and health problems linked to their work. TAK operates in 8 states across India. In FY 2027–28, the project will expand to Lucknow and Jaipur. Alongside physiotherapy care, TAK raises awareness among drivers about financial literacy, government welfare schemes, and lifestyle changes for healthier living.
OBJECTIVE:
This RFP invites proposals from qualified vendors to supply physiotherapy equipment, machines, and clinic setup materials for two new Transport Aarogyam Kendra clinics in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and Jaipur, Rajasthan.

SCOPE:
The selected vendor will supply, deliver, install, and support the items listed in the annexed equipment list for each clinic (Lucknow and Jaipur).
The scope covers:
- Supply of branded and high-quality, durable, safe and suitable physiotherapy machines and equipment, including electrotherapy units (IFT, TENS, EMS, ultrasound), traction unit with table, IRR lamp, and hot and cold pack units.
- Supply of exercise equipment, including quadriceps table, shoulder wheel, wall bars, static cycle, Swiss balls, weight cuffs, dumbbells, resistance bands, and mats.
- Supply of clinic furniture, assessment tools, screening devices, and supports (treatment couches, goniometer, BP monitor, lumbar belts, etc.).
- Delivery of all items to each clinic site, with packing, transport, and insurance borne by the vendor.
- Installation and testing of all machines at site.
- Demonstration and training for operation of machines.
- Warranty of at least one year on all machines, with after-sales service and spare parts availability.
- Documentation, including user manuals, warranty cards, and calibration certificates where applicable.
All equipment must be new, unused, and compliant with applicable safety and quality standards (ISI/CE/ISO certification where applicable).
