Through its programmes, Youthreach has impacted over 70,000 children, 8,000 women, and more than 5 lakh community members across over 350 villages. The organisation has also facilitated the placement of more than 10,000 national and international volunteers.

About OMNI Skill Development Programme
The OMNI Skill Development Programme is a structured training initiative developed by Youthreach in association with Unipatch Rubber Limited. The programme focuses on providing industry-oriented and skill-based training to youth from diverse backgrounds. The programme emphasizes hands-on practical learning, safety standards, and employability enhancement, aiming to bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements through technical training aligned with professional standards.

Role Overview
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured technical training to students under the OMNI Skill Development Programme at Government Polytechnic Manesar. The role involves conducting classroom and practical training sessions, supporting students in developing industry-relevant technical skills, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards during training activities. The Trainer will also assist in maintaining student records, documenting programme activities, and supporting the implementation of the programme in coordination with the Youthreach project team.

Job responsibilities would include the following:
Responsible for setting up of a student learning centre at a Government Polytechnic Manesar
Undergo teacher training programmes at Manesar or outstation locations as and when required for the project
Conduct classes for various trades at the Polytechnic as per the set objective and plan of the project
Ensure maintenance of documents related to the students and regular documentation of the work undertaken with them
Ensure monthly and timely submission of the programme progress reports
Independently organise and also assist the programme coordinator in organising various awareness generation activities in the area
Initiate any new programmes related to the same field as suggested by the organisation
Assist in setting up of a similar centre where ever required

Minimum Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Diploma in Chemical Engineering
B.Sc. in Chemistry / Chemical Sciences
B.Sc Medical/Non-Medical
Diploma/B.Tech degree holders can also apply

Experience
Freshers or experienced technical trainers may apply.
Trainer Orientation
Selected trainers will undergo training and orientation conducted by Youthreach before beginning programme activities.
Working Hours
Working hours will follow the regular academic schedule of Government Polytechnic Manesar.
Reporting
The Trainer will report to the Programme Coordinator / Project Supervisor designated by Youthreach.
