The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to patients visiting the clinic. The doctor will diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, and ensure quality medical care for all patients. The doctor will also support community medical camps and provide guidance for outreach health activities organized by the Trust.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide consultation and health advice to patients.
• Examine patients and diagnose medical conditions.
• Prescribe medicines and provide appropriate treatment.
• Maintain patient medical records and documentation.
• Monitor patients’ health conditions and follow up when required.
• Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when necessary.
• Ensure proper use of clinic medical equipment and supplies.
• Support health awareness and preventive healthcare activities.
• Follow clinic protocols and medical ethics.
Qualifications
The candidate should have MBBS or MD in General Medicine from a recognized medical college with valid Medical Council registration, along with 3 - 5 years of clinical experience, good communication and patient care skills. Fluency in Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage.
