Role Overview
The Program Manager will lead and manage the Virtual Incubator, build the NEDAR Business Network, Create Market and Financial Linkage through Partnerships and Ecosystem engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Incubation Cohorts (Idea ? Scale) in blended Mode
• Conduct engaging Virtual Training Sessions
• Mentor early-stage Entrepreneurs
• Build and Manager Partnerships (CSR, Govt., NGOs)
• Track Impact (Income Growth and Business Outcomes)
• Strengthen NEDAR Business Network

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience in CSR / MSME Eco System
• Strong Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement
• Excellent Communication in Hindi and English
• Leadership and Team Management Skills
• Digital, social media, IT and AI skills
• Passion for Inclusive Entrepreneurship and Social Impact
Experience
• Experience of 2 to 4 years in:
o Startup incubators / entrepreneurship programs
o CSR / livelihood / enterprise development initiatives
