Job Description:
This is a full-time position based in Ganjam district, Odisha. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring project activities at the field level. The role requires working closely with community members, particularly women and youth, to ensure the effective execution of program objectives and desired outcomes.

Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, or any relevant field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in community-based work (freshers with strong interest may also apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with rural communities, especially women and youth
• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
• Willingness to travel within project areas
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Preference will be given to candidates from Ganjam district or nearby areas

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement project activities at the field level as per the project design
• Conduct regular field visits and actively engage with community members, especially women and youth
• Organize trainings, meetings, workshops, and awareness programs
• Maintain proper documentation, records, reports, and case studies
• Collect field data and ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Project Coordinator
• Monitor the progress of activities and ensure quality implementation
• Coordinate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and local authorities
