PEER EDUCATOR

1. Organising meetings with community, adolescent girls, women & parents along with regular follow ups
2. Capacity Building of Community Cadres
3. Documentation, Case Study preparation
4. Liaison with various Govt. & Non-Govt. Stakeholders

COUNSELLOR

1. Counselling the targeted group – adolescent girls & women (20 - 30 yrs)
2. Development of Micro Plan for movement of mobile health vehicle in close coordination with Women Dept., Health Dept. Govt. of Odisha & frontline health workers.
3. Capacity Building of Community Cadres
4. Data Entry, Analysis, Documentation, Case Study preparation & Report Writing
5. Liaison with various Govt. & Non-Govt. Stakeholders

QUALIFICATION: MSW with 2 years of experience or Graduation with 4 Years of Experience in Health Projects

• Involves regular field visits
• Salary offered on a consolidated basis and is negotiable depending on on qualification and experience
