Graduate in Social Work / Rural Development / Public Health or related field with 2 – 3 years of experience in community mobilization, preferably in WASH or development sector. The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to mobilize and engage rural communities, and basic skills in data collection, documentation and reporting. Knowledge of WASH practices and BCC is necessary. The candidate willing to work in the field responsible and result-oriented with a focus on community impact.
