District Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project staffs for proper implementation of field level activities
- Liasioning with all stakeholders for project related work
- Plan, monitor and review of project
- Proper documentation and reporting
Qualification and expertise:
- Must be a Post Graduate in Social Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of NGO experience in handling projects as Project Lead on Child Protection issues
- Must have own 2 wheeler with valid DL
Salary : Rs. 22500/- + 2500/- TA per month
Assistant Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project staffs for proper implementation of field level activities
- Liasioning with all stakeholders for project related work
- Plan, monitor and review of project with the District Coordinator
- Proper documentation and reporting
Qualification and expertise:
- Must be a Graduate and at least 3 years of NGO experience in handling projects on Child Marriage and Child Trafficking issues
- Must have own 2 wheeler with valid DL
Salary : Rs. 15000/- +3000/- TA per month
Community Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
- Proper implementation of field level activities
- Proper documentation and reporting
Qualification and expertise:
- Must be a Graduate and at least 1 year of NGO experience in working on Child Marriage and Child Trafficking issues
- Must have own 2 wheeler with valid DL
Salary : Rs. 12500/- +2500/- TA per month
Superintendent(Tapasya Childrens' Home)
Key responsibilities:
- Care and protection of children
- Proper documentation and reporting
- Coordination with CWC, DCPU and all stakeholders
Qualification and expertise:
- Must be a Post Graduate in Social Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years of NGO experience in working in CCI
Salary : Rs. 18000/- + TA per month
House Mother (Tapasya Childrens' Home)
Key responsibilities:
- Care and protection of children
- Help the Superintendent in Documentation and reporting
Qualification and expertise:
- Must be a Graduate
- At least 1 year of NGO experience
- Have to live with the children
- Salary : Rs. 10000/- + TA per month
ANM
Key responsibilities:
- Take care of health and nutrition of children
- Maintaining environmental sanitation
- Treatment of minor injuries and first-aid in emergencies and disasters
- Maintaining health related records

Qualification and expertise:
