?? Hiring: Outreach Worker (Bridge Population)

?? Project: Targeted Intervention (TI)
?? Location: Mau, Uttar Pradesh

?? Role:
• Identify & connect with migrant workers, truckers & other bridge populations
• Conduct field visits in hotspot areas
• Distribute condoms & promote safe practices
• Motivate for HIV testing & link to ART/STI services
• Maintain records & submit reports

?? Eligibility:
• 10th / 12th pass (preferred)
• Experience in NGO/field work preferred

?? Salary:
• ?10500/month + TA

?? Monthly Targets (KPIs):
As per UPSACS/NACO guidelines.

? Skills:
• Good communication
• Field work readiness
• Basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS
