Project Title: Human Trafficking & Bonded Labour Rescue, Rehabilitation and Restoration Program
About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and experienced Project Manager to lead and implement a rights-based program focused on the rescue, rehabilitation, and restoration of victims of human trafficking and bonded labour. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with government stakeholders, and field-level program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage project implementation in Raisen and Narmadapuram districts
• Coordinate rescue operations in collaboration with district administration and law enforcement
• Ensure effective rehabilitation and restoration of survivors
• Liaise with government departments, CSOs, and stakeholders
• Monitor, document, and report project progress and outcomes
• Strengthen community awareness and prevention strategies
• Supervise project staff and ensure timely delivery of activities
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rights-based project implementation (preferably in human trafficking, bonded labour, or related sectors)
• Educational Qualification: MSW / LLM / LLB (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and social protection schemes
• Experience working with government systems and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within project areas
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in rescue and rehabilitation programs
• Knowledge of labour laws, human rights, and social justice frameworks
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive cases
Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and organizational norms (appx.7.2lakhs)
