?? Position: Accountant

?? Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily accounting, banking transactions & Cash management, financial Reporting to Program Manager.
• Adherence of Financial policy and accounting manual of the organization.
• Administrative Support and procurement under the projects fund.
• Responsible for primary financial reporting of the projects.
• Support organization in other financial work for better functioning of the organization.
• Disbursement of salary.
• Keeping the indent file, requisition slip, order file, quotation file, challan cash book, ledger book, voucher file, rent and services charges file, office operating cost file, communication, travel, and bank transactions updated on a daily basis.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts. -Maintain attendance register and leave record. --Bank Reconciliation.
• Representing the organization at meetings, conferences & workshops -Preparing of financial analysis and reports like Finance report & S.O.E Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings account discrepancies and issues.
• Representing the organization at meetings, conferences & workshops.
• Maintain the tally records.
• Take care of responsibilities related to accounts department as given by the senior management.

? Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Tally/Excel (knowledge of NGO accounting is a plus) and exceptional focus on detail and accuracy
• Candidates with professional accounting experience are preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be provided with learning opportunities
• Good communication skills and Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary – Negotiable (Depends on experience and knowledge)
