Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate WADI project implementation in 12 villages of Sorada block.
• Supervise Field Supervisors and monitor village-wise progress
• Ensure beneficiary selection, land development, and plantation activities
• Monitor survival rate, gap filling, and intercropping activities
• Conduct regular field visits and review meetings
• Coordinate with community institutions and local stakeholders
• Liaison and networking with line department for convergence
• Maintain project documentation and submit periodic reports
Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in Agriculture / Horticulture / Rural Development or relevant field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in livelihood/plantation projects
• Experience in WADI or orchard-based projects preferred
• Strong team supervision and reporting skills
• Proficiency in using MS word, excel and power point.
Other Requirements
• Willingness for extensive field travel
Salary
- Rs.25000 per month
Immediate joining required.
