Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Balipada campus into a sustainable income generation centre
• Identify viable enterprises (millet processing, nursery, seed production, etc.)
• Prepare operational plan for campus-based enterprises
• Coordinate establishment of production and demonstration units
• Facilitate training for farmers, SHGs, and youth on enterprise activities
• Maintain records of production, sales, and revenue generation
• Support market linkage and business development
• Ensure regular utilization and upkeep of campus facilities

Key Responsibilities – Shree Anna Abhiyan
• Support implementation of Shree Anna Abhiyan at block level
• Assist in farmer mobilization and millet demonstrations
• Monitor crop activities and field progress
• Conduct regular village visits and coordinate with field staff
• Maintain farmer database and activity records
• Support reporting and documentation

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in Agriculture / Rural Development / Agribusiness / Entrepreneurship
• Minimum 3 years experience in livelihood or enterprise development
• Experience in agriculture-based enterprises preferred
• Basic MIS and reporting skills
Other Requirements
• Field-based role with travel within Narla block
• Candidate with entrepreneurial mindset preferred
• Local candidate from Kalahandi preferred

Salary and other benefits:
- Rs.25000 monthly gross salary
- Free Accommodation at office campus
- TA as per actual
