Recruitment Notice: Fund Raising Executive
Vanarai, a nationally recognized NGO with a legacy of 40 years, was founded by PadmaVibhushan Dr. Mohan Dharia. The Organization is committed to sustainable rural development and environmental conservation across various states in India. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Fund Raising_Executive at Pune location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement outreach programs:
- Develop and execute effective strategies to reach out to potential donors, including individuals, corporate entities, and philonthropic foundations.
- Plan and Organize or participate in fund raising events, campaigns, initiatives, seminars, summits, conferences etc.
2. Communicate and onboard new CSR partners:
- Identify and approach potential CSR partners to establish partnerships and secure funding for our projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing CSR partners, ensuring regular communication and engagement to encourage ongoing support.
3. Manage the CRM function for current and prospective donors:
- Maintain an up-to-date donor database, ensuring accurate and detailed recordsof interactions, donations, and communication history.
4. Prepare presentations about the organization's programs:
- Research and gather relevant information to create compelling presentations thatshowcase the organization's mission, projects, and impact.
- Deliver presentations to prospective donors, effectively conveying theorganization's goals and inspiring them to contribute.
5. Coordinate with top management and internal departments to achieve fund raising goals with Organizational strategy.
Qualification & Experience
- Master's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Marketing, or communications)
- Proven experience in Fund Raising/Donar Engagement/Resource Mobilization/CSR Partnership/Sales & Marketing etc.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Fund Raising, Donation Campaigns, Sales and Marketing techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships/networking with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and tools for donor management.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them confidently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result -oriented, with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Familiarity with corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and partnerships.
- Good knowledge about ESG and SDG.
- Strategic Thinking and Result Oriented Approach
- Excellent command on MS office, Advance Excel and Al.
- Languages — English, Hindi and Marathi — Fluency
