Lesson Planning & Instruction: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans involving art, music, storytelling, and play-based activities to enhance literacy and numeracy.
Classroom Management: Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment, managing behavior positively to facilitate a respectful classroom.
Child Development & Assessment: Observe and monitor student progress, maintaining detailed records and portfolios on each child's social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s daily progress, needs, and behavioral improvements.
Safety & Hygiene: Ensure the safety and well-being of children, teaching good hygiene habits and ensuring the classroom is clean.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; or certification (e.g., NTT, Montessori Training).
Experience: Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
Skills: Excellent communication, patience, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively.
