Present Requirement:
Resident Superintendent cum Project Director (Only Female Candidate)-2nos

Essential Qualification:
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Community Development / Sociology / Child Development/ Human Rights/ Public Administration / Psychology / Psychiatry / Public Health / Community Health / Community Resource Management or an equivalent course from a recognized University.

Desirable Qualification:
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Government / Non-Government Organization.
• Experience in documentation, strengthening capacities and training, project formulation and implementation, monitoring and supervision skills.
• Experience in the field of women and child development / social welfare will be preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Age Limit below 50 years.
• The candidate must be free of any criminal record.

Salary:
Salary is not a limitation for suitably experienced, qualified, and skilled candidates.

Case worker-4.(Only Female Candidate)
1-she Interact with the survivor and provide orientation to make sure the survivor is comfortable.
2- she maintain records of every session with the survivor.
3she .prepare individual case files with a rehabilitation plan
4Accompany the survivors as directed
5-maintain relevant documentation as mandated by the guidelines.
6.Any other duties assigned by the resident superintendent.

Counsellor; (Position : 1);Only for Female She must be a Post-Graduate in Psychology a regular with minimum 2 years work experience in counselling .

A skilled counsellor providing psycho-social counselling services would be available on call. This counselling process will give women confidence and support to address violence or to seek justice for the violence perpetuated. Counsellors shall follow a prescribed code of ethics, guidelines and protocols in providing counselling services.
