Opportunity for professionals: STSF is in process of initiating these projects in any districts of India preferably in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. STSF also promotes professionals and educated youth to work in their preferred locations. STSF is looking for highly motivated, committed and full-time professionals for the position of District Mobilization Coordinator (DMC).

Eligibility: Candidates before applying for the position, should check their complete eligibility with below requirements. The candidate should have

1. Knowledge of geographies, communities, government system, and academic system of the district, for which candidate apply for this position.
2. Post-Graduate in Social Marketing, Development Studies, Rural management, Sociology, Communication or any other equivalent degree.
3. 5+ years working experience of mobilization of community for health, nutrition, hygiene, education, skilled and finance related services.
4. Very good mobilization, convincing, planning, communication, networking, skill.
5. Fluency in local language along with fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi languages, and good understanding of rural community of districts mentioned.
6. Ability to work on performance linked incentives and revenue model social development projects and to achieve project’s targets.
7. Personal behavior like Self-respect, confidence, accountability, reliability and ability to implement projects and maintain high standards of performance for self.
8. Must own laptop, smart phone and personal vehicle which they can use for office work.
Consultancy Fees: There would not be fixed monthly salary or fees or honorarium, but it varies as per ability and capacity of District Mobilization Coordinator. Since, the honorarium are not fixed, achieving target in the month may have impact on monthly honorarium.

Expected roles of District Mobilization Coordinator: The District Mobilization Coordinator will be required to do following major tasks.

• Liasioning and networking with potential government and private academic institutions.
• Regular meeting with district level government officials (health, ICDS, education, etc) to seek their support.
• Mobilizing project’s beneficiaries and marketing of social services to reach out maximum number of beneficiaries.
• Maintain logistics and records to validate the data collected for project.
• Positioning functions of SThree Welfare Services Foundation in district.
• Identify and manage local human resources to increase project’s reach within district (if required additionally).
• Other tasks, as directed by STSF Senior Management as on required.
