Over the years, JSIPL has become a recognized leader for its innovative approaches in reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH), Immunization, urban health, Tuberculosis, nutrition, supply chain management, monitoring & evaluation, and health system strengthening. We are implementing projects funded by the Gates Foundation, GAVI, and other leading funders.
Purpose of Activity
JSIPL (with a targeted employee strength of approximately 600 staff members), is keen to procure a dynamic Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to support its human resource unit to fully utilize the HRMS platform for facilitating their workflow, improving their work efficiency, and also storing and recording the HR information. The requirements include employee records and MIS, customised performance management module, employee self-service module, attendance and timesheet management, employee separation/exit module and workforce analytics.
In addition to above, an important requirement from the desired HRMS is that it should cater to an automated Application Tracking System (ATS) module to support end-to-end recruitment planning, which is completely adept in centralized document management, recruitment process and sub-process management, auto-reminders to stakeholders, auto-screening of applications, employee onboarding etc.
The selected HRMS solution shall be deployed on JSIPL’s own cloud/server infrastructure to ensure data security and organizational control over employee data. The selected agency will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting the system on the infrastructure provided by JSIPL.
We are inviting proposals from the software solution agencies providing the required HRMS modules as detailed in Part C of this RFP. The software solution should match the requirements to the closest or better. JSIPL reserves the right to select a software solution agency’s solution/ module(s) through any one or more agencies, as deemed fit by JSIPL.
Please submit your most competitive proposal in accordance with the instructions to bidders and terms of reference. Any award issued as a result of this RFP will be subject to all instructions, terms of reference/ specifications, certifications, terms and conditions.
