About the Organization

Gramin Swathya Rakshak Sangh, Gwalior is a reputed non-government organization working in the public health and community development sector. The organization is currently implementing a Targeted Intervention (TI) Project with the support of Madhya Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (MPSACS) for community-based HIV prevention, outreach, counselling, and health services.

The organization invites applications from eligible and experienced candidates for the following positions:

1. Project Manager
Job Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
No. of Position: 01
Salary: ?21,000/- per month
Travel Allowance: ?1,400/- per month
Required Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work)
Required Experience:
Minimum experience in health sector projects
Experience in community-based interventions and field team supervision
Experience in NGO/TI/HIV programs will be preferred
Good reporting, coordination, and team management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Overall implementation and supervision of TI project
Coordination with MPSACS, DAPCU, and district officials
Team management of ORW, counsellor, and field staff
Community engagement and program planning
Monthly reporting, documentation, and review meetings
Monitoring targets and field performance
2. M&E cum Accountant
Job Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
No. of Position: 01
Salary: ?16,000/- per month
Travel Allowance: ?600/- per month
Required Qualification: B.Com
Required Experience:
Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Reporting)
Good knowledge of manual accounting
Hands-on experience in Tally accounting software
Experience in vouchers, ledger, cash book, utilization, and reporting
M&E/MIS documentation experience preferred

Cash book, ledger, and voucher entry
Tally and manual accounting work
Data compilation and M&E reporting
MIS documentation and monthly statement preparation
Support in audit and utilization certificate preparation
