About Organization

Uttarakhand Association for Positive People Living with HIV/AIDS is a community-based organization. Established as a registered entity in 2010, the organization emerged from a grassroots movement of individuals who bravely disclosed their HIV status to challenge stigma and discrimination. We work to empower people living with HIV through peer support, advocacy, and essential service delivery. Our network ensures access to treatment, care, and psychosocial support—especially for the most vulnerable. By engaging communities and stakeholders, we strengthen treatment adherence, improve health care linkages, and promote dignity and inclusion.

Vision: To improve the quality of life of People living with HIV.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all financial records, vouchers, bills, and project fund documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate (M&E) all project activities and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate with project staff, subordinates, Project Coordinator, Project Director, and other agencies.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, quarterly reports, and annual completion reports.
• Ensure proper comparison of planned vs. actual achievements as per project guidelines.
• Maintain MIS data and ensure accuracy of project information.
• Ensure timely submission of all financial and M&E-related reports.
• Support travel-related reporting and documentation as required.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Graduate / Post-Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, Accounting, or Finance.
Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting processes.
Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation or project reporting will be preferred.

Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

?10,000/- per month
Travel Allowance as per project guidelines (Local & Outstation).
Additional travel costs for organization-related tours as applicable.

Working Hours

8-hour workday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
No overtime or additional compensation for extended hours due to project demands.

Travel & Tour Responsibilities
Field travel allowed as per project guidelines.
Travel support (local and outstation) will be provided as per requirement.
Additional travel expenses for organization-related work will be reimbursed.

Reporting Requirements
Submit monthly comprehensive progress reports.
Prepare quarterly and annual completion reports.
Ensure all reports reflect progress, achievements, and comparison with planned targets.
