Junior IT Support Engineer

1.Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
3. Troubleshoot Windows/Linux OS, email systems, and common office applications
4. Support internet connectivity, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, and basic server issues
5. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
6. Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
7. Perform routine system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
8. Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures
9. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs or upgrades
10. Support staff during field operations (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Freshers are welcome.

Basic Knowledge Required:
Operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, routers)
MS Office / Google Workspace
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Willingness to learn and adapt in a mission-driven environment

Salary: Between 10k-12k depending upon profile and domain knowledge.
