Gramin Swathya Rakshak Sangh is implementing a Targeted Intervention (TI) Program in collaboration with MP State AIDS Control Society. We are inviting applications from motivated and committed individuals for the position of Outreach Worker to support community-based HIV prevention and intervention activities.

Number of Position: 01
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in the HIV/AIDS sector or community-based programs

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: ?10,500/-

Travel Allowance (TA): As per actual basis (Maximum ?1,500/- per month)

Key Responsibilities:

Field outreach and community mobilization

Identification and engagement of target groups

Supporting HIV prevention and awareness activities

Coordination with project team and reporting
