Programme Overview
AAWAJ invites applications for a program focused on providing comprehensive restorative care to child survivors of sexual abuse in Bhopal district, Madhya Pradesh. The program ensures that children and their families receive psychosocial and legal support throughout the justice process.
By facilitating smoother navigation of the legal system, securing victim compensation, and empowering survivors, the initiative aims to expedite case proceedings, reduce delays, and improve conviction rates. It also ensures the child’s well-being, safety, and social reintegration through close coordination with local authorities and social welfare schemes.

Qualifications
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in child protection or victim support.
• Familiarity with local communities, government schemes, and child protection laws, especially the POCSO Act.

Key Responsibilities
• Travel for fieldwork (mandatory).
• Facilitate re-enrollment of children in schools or vocational training.
• Provide medical, psychosocial, and legal support.
• Assist in accessing social services such as education, healthcare, and identity documents.
• Ensure child safety and confidentiality at all times.
• Support legal processes, including court hearings and documentation.
• Provide counselling support to survivors of sexual abuse.
• Maintain MIS, case documentation, and case studies.
• Liaise with CWC and other authorities.
• Conduct home visits for follow-up, parental counselling, and ongoing support.

Remuneration 15000-20000 per month.
