This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with communities, government stakeholders, and field teams to strengthen sustainable water systems and improve rural livelihoods.
?? Key Highlights:

• Lead program implementation and field operations
• Coordinate with key departments (WRD, Forest, District Administration, GP/VC)
• Drive capacity building and reporting
• Ensure effective fund utilization and program delivery

?? Who should apply?
• Postgraduates in Social Work / Rural Development / Environmental Science or related fields
• 5–7 years of experience in the development sector (WaSH/Natural Resource Management preferred)
• Proficiency in Bengali is mandatory

?? Salary: ?50,000 – ?60,000/month (including benefits)
