M&ECum Accountant
* The M&E staff is responsible for
collecting reports from field staff within the stipulated timeframe.
*Oversee financial documentation.
Generate monthly reports to highlight any deficiencies or gaps within the project.
Submit monthly reports to the State AIDS
Control Society, TSU, and DAPCU on a timely basis.
*Conduct procurement processes in strict accordance with the quidelines established by the Madhya Pradesh State AlDS Control Society.
* Ensure that the maintenance of financial records adheres strictly to the Terms of Reference (TOR) or the Agreement; provide guidance to project colleagues regarding reporting and financial transactions.

Zonal Supervisor :-
•Supervise the work of Cluster Link
Workers and provide them with necessary guidance.
• Assist Cluster Link Workers in creating site maps; participate in meetings held at the Tehsil and Panchayat levels to provide updates on the work undertaken by female sex workers.
•Ensure the availability of condoms and
nodal supplies.
·Maintain coordination with Targeted
Intervention (TI) projects, NGOs, ANMs
ASHAs, Anganwadi workers, other voluntary organizations, and local cooperative health facilities.
•Reconcile or cross-check referral slips
once a month; simultaneously, update the
referral register and provide feedback to the
Cluster Link Worker regarding the status of
the referred worker.
•Maintain staff and remuneration registers
through the sub-staff register.
• Assist in establishing condom depots and
monitor the operations of information centers.
•Maintain coordination with government departments at the Panchayat and Tehsil levels, and ensure proper registration so that the target group (High-Risk
Groups/Bridge Populations/Vulnerable
Groups) can avail the benefits of various government schemes.
