About SEHADA
SEHADA (Socio-Economic Health & Agricultural Development Association) is a registered women-led organization based in Jharsuguda district, Odisha, established in 1992. The organization is dedicated to addressing critical social issues, with a strong focus on improving the lives of women and children. SEHADA works towards promoting gender equality, women’s empowerment, and child protection through various community-based initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Postgraduate in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the social sector (preferred)
• Strong communication, counselling, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle cases with sensitivity and professionalism
• Willingness to work in shifts (24×7 service support)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and assistance to women accessing One Stop Centre (OSC) services
• Intervene in cases of violence against women and ensure effective case management
• Coordinate with the Centre Administrator and other relevant stakeholders
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports as required
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Centre Administrator
