Selection Criteria: Peer progression among volunteers/community-linked individuals; candidates must be residents of respective/nearby block or village

Eligibility & Skills:

Minimum education: Intermediate (12th Pass)
Experience in community/health programs desirable
Good communication & community work skills
Understanding of local community structure
Teamwork and field record-keeping ability
Motivator skills within community

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct village-level vulnerability, household, and health facility mapping
Understand local migration patterns
Reach High-Risk Groups (HRG) & youth
HIV/AIDS & STI prevention awareness
Link community with ICTC, PHC/CHC, STI clinics, district hospitals
Identify and train volunteers
Collect monthly data & prepare reports

Remuneration: As per UPNP+ Link Worker Scheme guidelines

Selection Process: Merit-based selection & interview; preference to local candidates
