Job Purpose
To strengthen eye donation and cornea retrieval activities by managing field teams, coordinating with hospitals, and ensuring effective implementation of awareness programmes and eye health camps.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and guide EDCTs and monitor their performance
• Oversee Hospital Cornea Retrieval Programme (HCRP) in assigned hospitals
• Ensure coordination with hospital departments for smooth eye donation activities
• Manage eye donation calls and support cornea retrieval processes
• Maintain accurate data in Cornea Management Software and prepare reports
• Liaise with hospitals, stakeholders, Local Bodies, NGOs and police authorities
• Organize awareness programmes, help desks, and outreach activities
• Plan and execute eye health camps and workshops
• Monitor fund utilization and prepare physical & financial reports
• Conduct field visits and ensure timely reporting and documentation

Additional Responsibilities
• Identify gaps and implement improvements
• Support trainings, audits, and review meetings
• Maintain digital records of all activities
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting authority
