1. Project Coordinator (01 Post)
Role:
To lead and manage overall project implementation and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and monitor project activities across target villages
• Coordinate with SBI Foundation and stakeholders
• Supervise project team and ensure target achievement
• Ensure proper utilization of funds and adherence to timelines
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Facilitate convergence with government departments

Qualification:
Master’s degree in Rural Development / Agriculture / Social Work / Management

Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years in project management (preferably in agriculture/livelihood projects)

2. MIS cum Accounts Officer (01 Post)

Role:
To manage project data, reporting systems, and financial records in compliance with grant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain MIS database of beneficiaries and activities
• Prepare and submit monthly & quarterly reports
• Maintain project accounts and vouchers
• Prepare Utilization Certificates and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with audit and accounting standards
• Track budget vs expenditure

Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce / Finance / Computer Applications

Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in MIS & accounts handling (NGO/CSR projects preferred)

3. Agronomist cum Livelihood Expert (01 Post)
Role:
To provide technical guidance on climate-smart agriculture and livelihood interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote sustainable maize cultivation practices
• Support vegetable farming for women farmers
• Conduct farmer trainings and demonstrations
• Provide technical support on soil health, pest management, and inputs
• Support vermicomposting and organic practices
• Monitor crop performance and productivity

Qualification:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or related field

Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in agriculture/livelihood projects

4. Field Coordinator (05 Posts)

Role:
To mobilize communities and ensure active participation of farmers in project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and enroll beneficiaries
• Conduct village meetings and awareness programs
• Support formation of farmer groups and women groups
• Ensure participation of 500 women farmers
• Assist in implementation of field activities
• Maintain field-level records and reports

Qualification:
Intermediate / graduate (preferred in Social Work/Rural Development)

Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years in community mobilization (local candidates preferred)

General Instructions:
All positions are project-based and contractual
Candidates must be willing to travel within project areas
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with local language and context
Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience
